WOLCOTT, CT:  Franklin Land Associates LLC of Brentwood, TN purchased 1.29 acres vacant land at 412 Wolcott Road, Wolcott from BMBC LLC of Wolcott, CT for the development of a 9,000 sf retail building.  The Proto Group represented the buyer and Gerry Matthews of Matthews Commercial represented the seller.

NEW HAVEN, CT:  Yale-New Haven Hospital signed a 5-1/2 year lease for a blood draw lab at Whalley Commons, 1467 Whalley Avenue, New Haven.  The Proto Group represented the Landlord, ACL/Smartyale and Valerie Leshane was the lead person for YNHH.

DERBY, CT:  Panera Bread has signed a long-term ground lease at the Aldi anchored center on Pershing Drive in Derby, CT.  The Proto Group represented the Landlord and Jason Wuchiski of RHYS Commercial represented the Tenant.  The lease value was in excess of $875,000.

WALLINGFORD, CT:  Miguel Aceves has leased 1,500 sf of restaurant space at 684 North Colony Road in Wallingford.  The Tenant plans to open a new Mexican theme restaurant.  The two-year lease was values at $55,000.

LANESBORO, MA:  Primax Properties of North Carolina purchased 2 acres from William and Janice Shirley at 525 South Main Street, Lanesboro, MA for the development of a 9,100 sf retail building. The Proto Group represented Primax Properties.
