BRANFORD, CT: The Stop & Shop Supermarket Company has signed a long-term lease to expand their existing store on Leetes Island Road in Branford. They leased 2,600 sf of additional space to bring the total size to 57,405 sf. The company also extended an option through June of 2026. The Proto Group, LLC was instrumental in facilitating the transaction for both Edmund Fusco Jr. and Marvin Shiller and Stop & Shop Vice President of Real Estate, Guy Stutz and Real Estate Manager, Marc Marrocco of Quincy, MA.
STAMFORD, CT – Solutions Center LLC has signed a ten-year lease for an 800 square foot space at Stamford Town Center, Stamford, CT to open its 14th Sprint Store. Steve Sacks of Rich- Taubman Associates negotiated the lease for the landlord. The Tenant was represented by The Proto Group.
NEW HAVEN, CT: Yale University exercised its renewal option for 5,371 square feet at One Church Street for a five-year term. Yale also leased 778 square feet of storage space at the building for five years. The Proto Group represented the Landlord, One Church Street Associates, LP.
NEW HAVEN, CT: The WorkPlace from Bridgeport, CT has leased an additional 395 square feet of office space at The Powerhouse Building at 458 Grand Avenue, to bring their total size to 1,259 square feet. The additional lease value is $5,440.00. The Proto Group was the sole broker in the transaction.
OXFORD, CT: Adriene Radcliffe of Oxford has leased 1,495 square feet of retail space at the Tommy K's Plaza in Oxford to open a new arts and crafts studio. The two-year lease is valued at $38,566.00. The Proto Group, LLC was the sole broker in the transaction.
NEW HAVEN, CT: Generations Obstetrics & Gynecology had moved their Chapel Street office to 980 Whalley Avenue, New Haven due to a debilitating fire. The short term, seven-month lease was valued at $45,870. The practice recently moved into their new location in the Prince Street Medical Building in New Haven. Tom Cavaliere of Weichert Realtors Orange represented the Landlord, Camilla Fasono and The Proto Group represented the medical group.
WALLINGFORD, CT: One Source FM has leased 4,500 SF of office space at Harvest Park in Wallingford, CT to relocate its corporate offices. The five-year lease was valued at $163,000. Nicholas Lombardi represented himself (One Source FM) and The Proto Group represented the landlord, Harvest Park Associates, a division of Verna Developers of Wallingford, CT.
