EAST HAVEN:  PJAA Associates of East Haven leased the former Diamond Auto Sales building on Frontage Road in East Haven to Daniel Merriam of the new Merriam Motors LLC.  The ten year  lease is valued at $586,000.  The Proto Group was the sole broker in the transaction.
