WETHERSFIELD, CT: Clear Water Manufacturing leased an 18,844 sf warehouse/office building at 900 Wells Road in Wethersfield because of its access to major highways, ability to install cranes for material transport and large lot for material storage. The Proto Group represented the Landlord, Mark Oldham. The tenant was represented y William Raveis Real Estate.
SPRINGFIELD, MA: Dollar General leased an 11,290 sf space in Bicentennial Plaza at 1504 Allen Street in Springfield, MA.
WATERBURY, CT: 7-Eleven has signed a long-term lease to occupy 2,296 sf of retail space at the corner of Lakewood Road and Wolcott Street in Waterbury, CT. The lease value was in excess of $500,000. Tom Hill represented the Landlord and The Proto Group exclusively represents 7-Eleven throughout Connecticut. Leslie Navarro and Don Caron from 7-Eleven handled the negotiations.
HAMDEN, CT: Nutmeg State Nutrition has currently expanded into 1,897 sf and signed a new lease on the existing property. Nutmeg has been a tenant for more than three years. The Proto Group, LLC was the sole broker in the transaction.
SEYMOUR, CT: The Proto Group of North Haven represented the seller of 104 Day Street in Seymour, CT. The Buyer was New Grand Light, LLC who was represented by Ed Godin of Matthews Commercial Properties in Waterbury. The purchase price was $200,000.
