WESTFIELD, MA:  Great Clips signed a five-year corporate lease for 1,485 square feet in Westgate Plaza, 261 East Main Street, Westfield, MA to replace the existing Cost Cutters.  Charles Davis of Brixmor negotiated the terms for the landlord.  The Proto Group represented Great Clip as its exclusive agent for the area.

ORANGE, CT:  M. D. Stetson has signed a three-year lease for 12,234 square feet at 53 Robinson Boulevard, Orange to relocate from its East Haven location.  M. D. Stetson is a third generation company based in Randolph, MA that distributes cleaning products and supplies.  Carl Russell CCIM of Pearce/George J. Smith represented the landlord, 57 Robinson Boulevard, LLC.  The Proto Group represented M. D. Stetson.

MILFORD, CT:  NEC Woodmont LLC signed a five-year lease for 1,600 square feet at The Adams Plaza Shopping Center to open a Great Clips.  Dan Schwartz and Jim Kempner of Woodmont Plaza Associates LLC negotiated the lease terms for the Landlord.  The Proto Group represented the Great Clips franchise as the exclusive agent for the concept in Connecticut.

GUILFORD, CT:  Brett T. Wentzell signed a three-year lease for 1,012 square feet at 2514 Boston Post Road, Unit C-4, Guilford, CT to relocate his business.  The landlord, Christopher and Annaliese Spaziano, was represented by Oliver White of William Raveis of Branford.  Brett Wentzell was represented by The Proto Group.

NORTH BRANFORD, CT:  Greg Bozzi signed a two-year lease for 1,400 SF at 195 Foxon Road, North Branford.  He will relocate his catering operation to his new address. The landlord is Scarpa, LLC of Hamden.  The Proto Group was the only broker involved in the transaction.
