ROCKY HILL, CT: Relentless Jeans signed a two year lease for 2,450 square feet at Shunpike Business Center, 1275 Cromwell Ave, Rocky Hill. The Landlord, Shunpike Business Center LLC was represented by Jay Morris of OR&L. The tenant was represented by The Proto Group. Relentless Jeans is an online retailer of denim jeans designed for people with and athletic build.


NEW HAVEN, CT: Yale University leased the entire 8th floor at One Church Street, New Haven for 5 years. The 11,065 sf space will be occupied by Dr. Christopher Van Dyke for his Alzheimer's research. The Proto Group represented the landlord, One Church Street Associates, L.P.


WALLINGFORD, CT: Nutmeg State Nutrition LLC has leased 3,962 sf of retail/warehouse space for an outlet store and location to fulfill its internet customers. The 5 year lease was valued at $123,000. The landlord is Dom DeMartino of DeMartino Colony Realty, LLC, and The Proto Group was the sole broker in the transaction.


BROOKEFIELD, CT: Sprint Store by Solutions Center LLC exercised its first five-year renewal for its 1,200 square foot store at 49 Federal Road, Brookfield, CT. Bob Hussian of the landlord RG 49 Federal LLC negotiated the lease on behalf of the landlord. The Proto Group LLC represented the tenant. 


NORTH BRANFORD, CT: Sound Garrett Acquisition purchased a 3.18 acre vacant lot at 1111 Foxon Road (Route 80), North Branford to develop a Dollar General. The buyer was represented by Mike Alberico of Atlantic Retail Properties. The seller, 1111 Foxon Road, LLC was represented by The Proto Group
