WALLINGFORD, CT: Sunshine Farm Properties has leased 3,000 SF of flex space at Harvest Park in Wallingford. The tenant will be creating a distillery for the manufacturing of vodka. The 5-year term has a value in excess of $103,000, and The Proto Group of North Haven was the sole broker.

 

NEW HAVEN, CT: Athenian Plaza at 1440 Whalley Avenue in New Haven has leased 975 SF of office space to Exclusive Linez, a local creator of all types of signs. The 3-year lease has a value in excess of $40,000. The Proto Group of North Haven was the sole broker in the transaction.

 

BRANFORD, CT: The Lefsetz family has leased 2,500 SF of the retail space at 240 Main Street in Branford to Shoreline Wine and Spirits who will be relocating from its smaller store at 181 Main Street in Branford. The plaza is anchored by Richlin Stores. The new 10-year lease has a value of approximately $285,000. The Proto Group of North Haven, CT was the sole broker in the transaction.

 

BRANFORD, CT: Lotus Games of Colchester, CT has leased 1,500 SF of retail space at 242 Main Street in Branford, CT. The 39-month lease has a value in excess of $55,000. The tenant was represented by Joseph Fazzino of Exp Realty in Middletown, CT and The Proto Group of North Haven, CT represented the landlord.

 

NEW HAVEN, CT: Integrated Design & Construction has leased 451 SF of office space at The Powerhouse Building at 458 Grand Avenue in New Haven, CT. The 1-year lease has a value of $6,600. The tenant was represented by Jack Hill of Seabury Hill Realtors in New Haven, CT and The Proto Group of North Haven, CT represented the landlord.

 

NEW HAVEN, CT: CAPP Associates, owner of The Powerhouse Building at 458 Grand Avenue in New Haven, CT, has leased 355 SF of office space for an artist and photography studio. The lease term was for one year and its value was $3,726. The Proto Group of North Haven, CT was the sole broker in the transaction.

 

HAMDEN, CT: C&C Commercial Properties has leased 1220 Whitney Avenue, Unit C-3, Hamden, CT to Wendy Sauders for a three-year lease. Ms. Sauders and her daughter will operate its SCRUBS+ Medical Uniforms store in the 799 SF space. The Proto Group was the sole broker involved in the lease.

 

WEST HAVEN, CT: Omni Physical Therapy of Orange Avenue, West Haven, will relocate and expand its current location to 560 Forest Road in West Haven. The space size is 2,200 SF. The new 5-year term has a value in excess of $118,000. Jeremy Rosner of Level Miller Maretz represented the landlord, 560 Forest Road, LLC, and The Proto Group of North Haven represented Omni in the transaction. 

HAMDEN, CT: Connex Credit Union recently extended its long-term relationship at 2100 Dixwell Avenue, anchored by ShopRite Supermarket. The landlord was represented by Dan Johnson of JCorp Realty in Shelton, CT and Connex Credit Union was represented by The Proto Group. The lease extension was 10 years and terms were not disclosed.
