HAMDEN, CT:  Advance Auto Parts has signed a long-term lease for a build to suit at the corner of Dixwell and Mather Streets in Hamden, CT.  The developer is 1717 Dixwell LLC, a division of Centerplan Development of Hartford.  The 15-year lease has a value of $2,226,000.  Dan Plotkin of Northeast Retail represented Advance and The Proto Group LLC represented Centerplan Development.

NORTH HAVEN, CT:  K&J Holdings LLC recently sold its former daycare facility on 20 Peck Street in North Haven to North Haven Child Development Center LLC and Lauren Grogan.  Stephen Press of Press/Cuozzo represented the Seller and The Proto Group LLC represented the Buyer.  The purchase price was $275,000.

EAST LYME, CT:  Your Wireless leased 1,880 sf of retail space in the Stop & Shop Plaza in East Lyme, CT. The space was formerly occupied by Quizno's Subs.  The 5-year lease has a value of $176,563.  The Proto Group LLC represented the Landlord and Eastern Retail Properties from  Braintree, MA represented the Tenant.
