MERIDEN, CT:  Career Coaches LLC is opening a full-service temporary and professional search staffing agency at 1501 East Main Street, Meriden.  The Proto Group represented the Landlord, Cucinelli Properties, LLC and Gil Julian, NAI Elite represented the Tenant.

NEW HAVEN, CT:  C&L Whalley LLC is opening a Denny’s restaurant in 4,200 sf of the former Blockbuster Video store at1467 Whalley Avenue in New Haven.  Landlord ACL/Smartyale LLC was represented by The Proto Group.  Jason Wuchiski of RHYS Commercial represented the Tenant.

NEW HAVEN, CT:  Yale New Haven Health renewed their lease of 11,065 sf on the 5th floor of 1 Church Street, New Haven for two years.  The Proto Group represented the Landlord, One Church Street Associates, LP.

KENSINGTON, CT:  The Proto Group was the sole broker in the sale of the current 7-Eleven store in Kensington.  The buyer was Chirag Patel, represented by Attorney Norman Fishbein of Wallingford and the seller was represented by Attorney Paul Proto of North Haven.  Mr. Patel plans to open a convenience store when the 7-Eleven lease expires in October.  The purchase price was $400,000.

WEST HAVEN, CT:  Heard Insurance Associates is relocating its office to 38 Sawmill Road in West Haven.  They have leased 900 sf for two years from Mall One, LLC.  The Proto Group represented the landlord, and Krista Foster-Heard represented the tenant.
