DERBY, CT:  Aldi will anchor the recently approved new shopping center on Pershing Drive, opposite ShopRite and next to the recently approved Walgreens development.  The Proto Group was the sole broker in the transaction.  The landlord was represented by Attorney Tom Dufour of New Haven and Aldi by Kayne Law Group from Columbus, Ohio.  The deal was completed by Bruno Lourenco, Director of Real Estate for Aldi supermarkets.  The ground lease value was in excess of $3,000,000.
