NEW HAVEN, CT:  1 & 1B Beauty Supply has leased 1,985 SF of retail space at 202 Whalley Avenue at the corner of Orchard Street in New Haven.  The Proto Group represented the landlord, Mahas Properties from New Haven and Sun Chapman of Gary Knauf Real Estate in Trumbull represented the Tenant.  The ten-year lease is valued at $400,000.

NORTH HAVEN, CT:  Cumberland Farms has signed a long-term ground lease to occupy the former J. Roo's Restaurant on State Street in North Haven, CT.  J. Roo's will be relocating to an adjacent property at 17 Stiles Lane.  The long-term lease has a value of $2,320,500.00 Cumberland Farms was represented by N. Robert Trigg and the Landlord was represented by The Proto Group, LLC.

WALLINGFORD, CT:  Gem Property Group of Wallingford has leased 7,500 sf of medical office space at 720 North Main Street in Wallingford to Wallingford Dialysis Care, LLC .  The ten-year lease is valued at $1,450,000.  Bobson Real Estate Advisors of Canton, Massachusetts represented the Tenant and The Proto Group represented the Landlord.

BRANFORD, CT:  Michael Viscuso purchase a 6,050 sf commercial condominium at 65 North Branford Road, Units 7, 8 and 9, Branford.  The buyer will relocate his business to the new property.  The Proto Group represented the buyer.  Doug Rose of Coldwell Banker Commercial – Scalzo Group represented the seller.
