HAMDEN, CT: Centerplan 1717 Dixwell Ave has sold the 1.56 acre parcel to the rear of Advanced Auto Parts on the corner of Dixwell Avenue and Mather Street in Hamden to James Pandry of Fairfield, CT. The purchase price was $375,000. The Proto Group was the sole broker in the transaction.
CHESHIRE, CT: Ameritel of Cheshire LLC has signed a lease to occupy 1,875 sf at 1156 Meriden-Waterbury Turnpike, Cheshire, CT for a term of five years and four months. The tenant will operate the space as a T-Mobile Authorized Dealer. The landlord, Boston Cheshire LLC was represented by Eric Litsky of Litsky Associates. The tenant was represented by The Proto Group.
HAMDEN, CT: Regan Development of Ardsley, NY has purchased 4.8 acres of land at 415 Mather Street in Hamden from Med-Health Associates of Quincy, MA. The buyer have received zoning approvals from the Town of Hamden to build 77 units of affordable housing, Maura Cochran of Bartram & Cochran in Hartford represented the buyer and The Proto Group LLC represented the seller. The purchase price was $950,000.
LONGMEADOW, MA: Great Clips Inc. has signed a ten-year lease for 1,282 square feet at Heritage Park Plaza Shopping Center, 406 North Main Street, East Longmeadow, MA from Heritage M2L LLC of Lexington, MA. Great Clips leased the former Cost Cutters location. The landlord was represented by Chris McMahon of Summit Realty Partners and the tenant was represented by its Exclusive Agent The Proto Group.
