NEW HAVEN:  Hasu Patel has purchased the former Advance Auto Parts building at 222-234 Whalley Avenue in New Haven for $650,000.  The seller was 226 Whalley Avenue Associates, LLC of Woodbridge.  The Proto Group was the sole broker in the transaction and the attorney for the seller was Mark Sklarz of Day Pitney and for the buyer Jeffery Sachs.

MERIDEN:  Go Auto Centers of Meriden has leased the former vacant car dealership at 171 South Broad Street, Meriden from 171 South Broad Street Meriden LLC.  The building consists of 4,350 sf on 2.2 acres of land.  The 5-year lease is valued at $376,000 and The Proto Group LLC was the sole broker in the transaction.

OLD SAYBROOK:  The Proto Group represented The Stop & Shop Supermarket Company in its leasing of 685 Post Road in Old Saybrook to operate its gas station.  The 10 year lease is valued at $2,100,000.

BRIDGEPORT:  Agate Christian Church has leased 1,500 sf of space at 2119 Boston Avenue, Bridgeport, CT for a term of 1 year.  Leslie Navarro of The Proto Group, LLC represented the Landlord, 2115 Boston Avenue, LLC and Gilda Ferraro of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage represented the Tenant.
