NEW HAVEN: The Brandfon Family has sold the former CVS Drugstore on 215 Whalley Avenue in New Haven to Mid-Western Connecticut Council of Alcoholism for an undisclosed price. CVS recently closed the store. The Proto Group of North Haven, CT was the sole broker in the transaction.
