STRATFORD, CT: Advance Auto Parts signed a long-term lease at 1370 Barnum Avenue in Stratford, CT. The developer, Jim Vitas, principal at Steel Gate Equities from North Andover, Massachusetts, is building the 6,768 SF store. The long-term lease has a value in excess of $2,500,000. The Proto Group represented the developer and Dan Plotkin of Northeast Retail represented Advance Stores in the transaction.
WEST HAVEN, CT: R & P Leasing has purchased the former Sanitary Maintenance Co. facility at 80 Farwell Street, in West Haven, CT. The 4,000 sf commercial building sales price was $289,000. The Proto Group represented the seller, DD Farwell Realty Associates, LLC and Bill Clark of the Geenty Group represented the buyer.

Rich Schnider of Calcagni Commercial represented the tenant and The Proto Group LLC represented the landlord. The 10-year lease was valued in excess of $725,000.00.

The space was leased by Henry Schein, Inc. and Zahn Dental. The 7-year lease is valued in excess of $990,000. The Proto Group LLC represented the landlord and Johnson Controls Real Estate Services from Fairfield, CT represented the tenant.
