WATERTOWN, CT: Brass City Hundai owner's Rick and Frank Devino purchased 4.78 acres at 674 Straits Turnpike, Watertown, CT and are planning to move their dealership to that location. David Theroux of Drubner Commecial Real Estate represented the buyers. The Proto Group represented the seller in this transaction.
NEW HAVEN, CT: Yale University renewed its lease on the 7th floor of 1 Church Street in New Haven for an additional five years. Yales University was represented by Susan Cascio, and The Proto Group represented the Landlord, One Church Street Associates, LP.
WESTBROOK, CT: Readco Capital Partners, based in Old Lyme, CT, sold 7.88 acres of land to Middlesex Hospital for a new 60,000 square foot emergency center for $3,000,000. The Proto Group represented the seller, and Tom Coughlin of Couglin Management Services the buyer.
WALLINGFORD, CT: 3,048 square foot office at 61 North Plains Industrial Road, Wallingford was bought by James MacFarlane for $295,000. Mr. MacFarlane will consolidate his retail and warehouse requirements into one building. The Proto Group represented the Buyer. Fred Petrella of Connecticut Realty Group represented the Seller.
ADAMS, MA: Primax Properties, LLC bought 1.07 acres of land at Columbia Street opposite Burt Street in Adams, MA. The property will be the first ground up Dollar General in Massachusetts. Primax Properties was represented by Cannon Cory and The Proto Group. Kevin Hixson of BL Companies was the engineer. Riad Maher represented the Sellers.
