KILLINGLY, CT: CGCT Killingly, LLC, a division of Carpionato Properties from Johnson, RI has sold 543 Wauregan Road in Killingly to Brian Caya of Weld, LLC. The buyer intends to use the building for personal use. The former Benny’s retail store is 22,682 SF on 2.1 acres of land. Elizabeth Zimmer of BHH New England Properties of South Woodstock represented the buyer and The Proto Group represented the seller. The purchase price was $750,000.
WEST HAVEN, CT: DHI Enterprises LLC of West Haven, CT has purchased the QuickLube and Auto Repair Facility at 1083 Boston Post Road in West Haven. The 5 lots assemblage totaled just under one acre of land. The seller was the Casper Amodio Family Revocable Trust and Ralph Castellon of West Haven. The selling price was $400,000 and The Proto Group was the soler broker in the transaction.
