The tenant signed a 5-year lease with options and The Proto Group of North Haven, CT was the sole broker in the transaction. The 5-year term has a value of $90,000.

Five Guys signed a 15-year base term, which was valued in excess of $1,500,000, and was represented by Alicia Santella of CRE in Great Neck, NY. The Proto Group LLC of North Haven, CT represented the landlord 144 Washington Avenue, LLC, a local development combined of the Capasso and Delucia families in North Haven.
