WETHERSFIELD, CT: Borden-Wethersfield 1178 LLC has signed a ten-year lease for 4,788 square feet with Weathersfield Pie Company, LLC to open a Sally’s Apizza at the Borden at 1178 Silas Deane Highway, Wethersfield, CT. David Cervero of HBSG LLC represented the tenant. The Proto Group represented the landlord.

 

ORANGE, CT: Connex Credit Union recently signed a 5-year extension at the current location at 212 Boston Post Road in Orange, CT. The 3,200 SF branch has occupied the former TD Bank for several years. The 5-year lease value was in excess of $420,000, and The Proto Gorup of North Haven was the dole broker.

 

NORTH HAVEN, CT: Sally Beauty Supply LLC has signed a ten-year lease for 1,960 SF at North Haven Pavilion, 200 Universal Drive, North Haven, CT. Sally Beauty Supply will relocate its store to the Target Center. Jack Baker of National Realty and Development Corp. of Purchase, NY represented the landlord, North Haven Holdings LP.
