ENFIELD, CT: Enfield Dev LLC purchased a 0.5-acre pad site at the Elm Street entrance of Enfield Square Mall from Enfield Square Realty LLC to construct a prototypical Popeye’s with a drive-through. The seller was represented by Dom Mace of KeyPoint Partners. The buyer was represented by The Proto Group and Thom Wilkes of OR&L Commercial.
