NEW HAVEN, CT: J&H Enterprises has leased 800 SF of office space at 1440 Whalley Avenue in New Haven for 1 year. The business primarily assists consumers with improving their credit scores. The landlord is Athenian Plaza LLC of Milford and is represented by The Proto Group LLC of North Haven, CT. The tenant was represented by Shaena Henderson of Berkshire Hathaway in Trumbull, CT.
BETHANY, CT: Apex Security Systems LLC of Bethany has leased 1,500 SF of office space at 41 Village Lane. The landlord. Village Lane LLC, has signed a new 3-year lease with Apex. The Proto Group LLC of North Haven, CT was the sole broker in the transaction.
BROCKTON, MA: Dr. Aqueel Siddiqui, a vascular surgeon, has leased 5,411 SF of class A medical office space at Good Samaritan Medical Center Medical Office Building at 830 Oak Street in Brockton, MA. The lease term was 10-years with option and the value was in excess of $1,500,000. The Proto Group LLC handled the negotiations for the tenant and Ashley Callahan, leasing manager for Healthcare Management of America, Inc. handled the negotiations for the landlord.
WATERBURY, CT: Sally Beauty Supply signed a seven-year lease for 1,583 square feet at Naugatuck Valley Shopping Center, 900 Wolcott Street, Waterbury, CT to relocate its store in the market. Sol Reichenberg represented the landlord, Lexington Realty International of Lakewood, NJ. The Proto Group represented Sally Beauty Supply.
MERIDEN, CT: Achieve Financial Credit Union has purchased the former Little Caesar’s at 752 East Main Street, Meriden for $600,000. They will renovate the existing building and relocate it’s Meriden branch. The buyer was represented by Andy Di Fatta and Jay Fisher of Accubranch and attorney Oscar Parente. The seller was represented by The Proto Group and attorney Dennis Geneviva.
CHESHIRE, CT: Starbucks Corp will open a new location on Route 10 in Cheshire, CT next to Rite Aid. Nosal Properties of Cheshire is the landlord and is building the 2,000 SF building with drive-thru. Starbucks signed a 10-year lease with options to renew. Tim McNamara of Sullivan Hayes in Farmington, CT represents Starbucks Corp in the transaction and The Proto Group of North Haven, CT represented Joseph Nosal of Nosal Properties, the landlord and developer. The lease value is in excess of $1,200,000.
