WATERBURY, CT: Sally Beauty Supply signed a seven-year lease for 1,583 square feet at Naugatuck Valley Shopping Center, 900 Wolcott Street, Waterbury, CT to relocate its store in the market. MERIDEN, CT: Achieve Financial Credit Union has purchased the former Little Caesar’s at 752 East Main Street, Meriden for $600,000. They will renovate the existing building and relocate it’s Meriden branch. The buyer was represented by Andy Di Fatta and Jay Fisher of Accubranch and attorney Oscar Parente. The seller was represented by The Proto Group and attorney Dennis Geneviva.

 

CHESHIRE, CT: Starbucks Corp will open a new location on Route 10 in Cheshire, CT next to Rite Aid. Nosal Properties of Cheshire is the landlord and is building the 2,000 SF building with drive-thru. Starbucks signed a 10-year lease with options to renew.
