The landlord Falcon Mews Associates from White Plains leased Omni 2,000 SF of space. The 5-year lease has a value of just north of $122,000. The landlord was represented by Sal Abraccio of Coldwell Banker Hamden, CT and the tenant was represented by The Proto Group from North Haven, CT.

 

COLCHESTER, VT: Brandeavor LLC has signed a ten-year lease for 840 square feet at 18 Lower Mountain Road, Colchester, VT to open the first Great Clips in Vermont. Andrew Collahan of Venture Retail Partners represented the landlord Lisciotti Development Corp of Leominster, MA. The Proto Group represented the tenant Great Clips will join Starbucks and Verizon in the newly constructed project.

NEW HAVEN, CT: Paul Hill has leased a 2,000 SF restaurant in Whalley Commons, 1451 Whalley Avenue, New Haven for a 3-year term to open a seafood restaurant. Young Lee of Real Living Wareck D’Ostillo represented the tenant and The Proto Group represented the landlord, ACL Smartyale LLC of Atlanta.
