EAST HAVEN, CT: Vincent Bussert has leased 1,360 SF of warehouse space at 460 Main Street rear in East Haven, CT.  The tenant will operate an automobile related use. The landlord was represented by The Proto Group of North Haven and the tenant by GRC Relators in New Haven. The lease has a value of $14,400.

 

WEST HAVEN, CT: Rolando Geronimosoto and Rolando Gutierrez have purchased a 2,700 SF commercial building at 153 Wood Street in West Haven, CT. The purchase price was $140,000. The Proto Group represented the seller, The Hustler LLC and Las Americas Real Estate from Bridgeport represented the buyers.

 

EAST HARTFORD, CT: 51 Applegate Partners LLC has purchased 51 Applegate Lane, East Hartford through a Ten X auction for $600,000. The seller, Applegate Realty LLC had operated a nursing home at the property until September 2017. The buyers intend to convert the property to a resident condominium project. The Proto Group as the sole broker involved in the sale.

GLASTONBURY, CT: Car Was Services M.D. LLC has purchased 1.29 acres of land at 70 Oak Street, Glastonbury, CT from a local Glastonbury family. The buyer has received approvals to build a 5,167 SF car wash. Attorney Meghan Hope of Alter & Pearson LLC represented the buyer in its approvals from the town. The Proto Group was the sole broker in the transaction.
