WATERBURY, CT: Solutions Center LLC has signed a five-year lease for 1,950 square feet at 1529 West Main Street, Waterbury to operate a Sprint Store. Vinnie LoRusso of 84 Waterbury LLC is the landlord and he negotiated the deal himself. The Proto Group LLC represented Solutions Center.

WEST HARTFORD, CT: Solutions Center LLC has signed a five-year lease for 2,000 SF at Prospect Plaza, 18-54 Kane Street, West Hartford to operate a Sprint Store. David Roth and Brooke Stevens of DLC Management Corp negotiated the lease on behalf of landlord Prospect Plaza Improvements LLC. The Proto Group represented Solutions Center.
