EAST HARTFORD, CT: Comic’s & Collectable LLC has leased 2,552 sf at 50 Main Street, Suite A, East Hartford from Chatham Properties LLC. The tenant has owned similar businesses in Florida – sales of comics and collectables, video games and related merchandise – and looked for space closer to it’s Connecticut residence. The tenant was represented by Rocco Gondek of Berkshire Hathaway Commercial Group in Glastonbury. The landlord was represented by The Proto Group.
HAMDEN, CT: B & H Realty of Hamden has sold 1529 & 1531 Dixwell Avenue, Hamden which consisted of two retail stores on .20 acres of land to 1529 Dixwell Avenue, LLC for $120,000. The Proto Group LLC of North Haven, CT was the sole broker in the transaction.
WALLINGFORD, CT: 857 North Main Street Extension LLC has leased 2,775 SF to CT Kitchen and Bath. The tenant outgrew his former location at Circle Plaza on Route 5 in Wallingford, CT. The 5 year lease has a value of $147,000 and The Proto Group LLC of North Haven CT was the sole broker.
DERBY, CT: Zenomes LLC has signed a five year lease for the 1,652 SF former Peachwave space at Shoprite Plaza, 49 Pershing Drive, Derby to open a Great Clips Salon. The Landlord, Grade A Market Inc. was represented by Jeff Kintzer of Royal Properties. The tenant is represented by Great Clips Exclusive Agent for the territory, The Proto Group. This is the 10th salon Great Clips will open in the area in the past 18 months.
ORANGE, CT: Monarch Properties of Orange has leased 3,026 SF of medical space to International Vein Clinics of Stratford, CT. The 5 year lease has a value of $188,900. The Proto Group LLC of North Haven CT represented the tenant and Tom Cavaliere of Coldwell Banker Orange represented the landlord in the transaction.
EAST HAVEN, CT: Arnold Peck or his assignees purchased 32.58 acres of raw land surrounded by Foxon Hill Road, Thompson Street and Charnes Drive, East Haven. The seller, Foxon Hill Associates was represented by The Proto Group who was the sole broker involved in the transaction. The seller was represented by Bob Blythe of Zangari Cohn and the buyer was represented by Dara Friedman of Harlow, Adams and Freidman.
HAMDEN, CT: Green Olive Properties has purchased the Advanced Auto Parts on 1717 Dixwell Avenue in Hamden, CT. The 8,364 SF free-standing building was constructed in 2016. The property is owned and developed by Centerplan 1717 Dixwell of Westbrook, CT. The buyer was represented by The Proto Group LLC. The sales price was $2,475,350.
BRIDGEPORT, CT: Solutions Center LLC has signed a five-year lease at 161 Boston Avenue, Bridgeport, CT to operate a Sprint Store. The Proto Group represents solutions Center and is actively looking for additional locations. Sal DiNardo of Bayview Associates of Bridgeport is the landlord.
