The space is 3,200 SF and will be converted to a Moe's Southwest Grill for the remaining 11 years of the lease. WALLINGFORD, CT: Cumberland Farms has purchased 2.02 acres of land on Route5 in Wallingford, CT to construct a prototypical unit. The unit will be a relocation of a small station just south of this property. The Proto Group represented the Mesite Family in the sale of the former Villa Capri Catering Facility and Robert Trigg represented Cumberland Farms, Inc. The purchase price was $2,350,000.

NEW HAVEN, CT: Yale-New Haven Health has purchased a 1,459 SF medical condominium at the Scranton Professional Center on Orchard Street in New Haven. Rich Coote from The WM Hotchkiss Co. represented the buyer and The Proto Group represented the seller. The sales price was $130,000.
