NEW HAVEN, CT: The Tri-Centric Foundation, Inc. of Brooklyn, NY has leased 410 square feet of office space at The Powerhouse Building at 458 Grand Avenue in New Haven. The lease value is $5,535 and The Proto Group was the sole broker in the transaction.
NEW HAVEN, CT: Lifetime Garage Doors of Stamford has leased 4,800 sf of warehouse space at 37R Marne Street in Hamden. Ray Wetmore of Elm City Management handled the negotiation of behalf of Elm City. The three-year lease is valued at $61,200 and The Proto Group, LLC was the sole broker in the transaction.
WATERBURY, CT: RJSG Enterprises recently negotiated the purchase of an existing Laundromat business and executed a new ten-year lease with the Landlord at 464 Reidville Drive in Waterbury, CT. The new lease is valued at $374,000 and The Proto Group was the sole broker in the transaction.
NORTH HAVEN, CT: Ulbrich Stainless Steel has exercised a five-year option to extend their lease at their corporate offices located at 153 Washington Avenue in North Haven. The five-year extension has a value of $1,656,000. Chris McLaughlin of McLaughlin Real Estate represented Ulbrich and The Proto Group represented The Stop and Shop Supermarket Co. as the Landlord.
NEW HAVEN, CT: Sprint Store by Solutions Center signed a five-year lease for 2,025 square feet at 1462 Whalley Avenue, New Haven in the former Verizon Wireless store. This will be this Sprint dealer's 15th store throughout Connecticut. The landlord is Amity Whalley LLC, whose members are Dennis Nicotra and Christopher Nicotra. The tenant was represented by The Proto Group.
