NEW HAVEN, CT:  New Haven Sports Alliance and Dr. Alvis Shaw have leased 1,294 SF of office space at the Powerhouse Building, 458 Grand Avenue in New Haven.  The three-year lease is valued at $52,000.  The Proto Group, LLC was the sole broker in the transaction.

ROCKY HILL, CT:  Karsten & Tallberg LLC has signed a ten-year lease for 2,991 square feet to relocate its law practice to 500 Enterprise Drive, Rocky Hill.  The Landlord, MKS 500 Enterprise LLC was represented by Bob Kelly of Cushman & Wakefield.  Karsten & Tallberg was represented by The Proto Group.

MANCHESTER, NH:  Wakefern Food Corp. has subleased 45,455 SF of the former Stop & Shop Supermarket on Lincoln Street in Manchester, New Hampshire.  Wakefern plans to open a Price Rite Food store, the company's first in the state of New Hampshire.  The 12-year lease has a value of $3,225,000.  Brian Roach of Atlantic Retail Properties represented The Stop & Shop Supermarket Co. and The Proto Group, LLC represented Wakefern Food Corp.

NEW HAVEN, CT:  Yale – New Haven Health Services renewed its lease for two years for 4,084 square feet at One Church Street, New Haven.  Yale's Treasury Department and CORE will operate out of the space.  The Proto Group, LLC. was the sole broker involved in the lease renewal.

CROMWELL, CT:  Donta Johnson renewed his lease for 4,000 sf at 208 Coles Road, Cromwell.  Mr. Johnson runs his basketball training facility, Drive4Stardum, out of the building.  The Proto Group represented both the tenant and landlord, Shunpike Real Estate LLC.

HAMDEN, CT:  New Beginnings Ministries has leased 9,973 SF on 21 Pershing Street in Hamden.  The Landlord obtained zoning approvals recently and will provide interior fit up work for the church.  The five-year lease has a value of $225,000.  The Proto Group, LLC was the sole broker in the transaction.

WEST HARTFORD, CT:  Doctor David Greenfield purchased a free-standing brick office building at 8 Lowell Road, West Hartford to relocate his practice.  The building is 3,553s square feet sitting on 0.32 acres.  The buyer was represented by Janet Tanner of ReMax Premier.  The Seller, Lowell Road LLC, was represented by The Proto Group.  Attorneys Scott Karsten and James Tallberg handled the negotiation for the seller.

WATERBURY, CT:  Reidville Dentistry & Implants has leased the former Aspen Dental space on Reidville Drive in Waterbury.  The group leased 2,100 Sf and signed a five-year lease.  The Proto Group was the sole broker, and the lease value was in excess of $155,000.  The plaza is anchored by Aldi Foods, CVS and Burger King.
