HAMDEN, CT: The Proto Group represented Acquisition Holdings LLC at the online auction for 1717 Dixwell Avenue. The seller was represented by Ken Ginsberg of NAI Elite. The purchase price was $720,000 for 2.44 acres of land. The lawyers for the transaction were Paul Proto, Esq. for the buyer and Gordon Demetre for the seller.
WATERBURY, CT: American Sign of New Haven has leased a 1,423 sf storefront in the CVS/Aldi anchored plaza to open a new retail store in Waterbury. American Sign is a full service sign company which creates graphic design and production of display signs. The Proto Group was the sole broker in the transaction.
ROCKY HILL, CT: NIC Systems has expanded into the adjacent 5,000 sf at 51 Belamose Avenue in Rocky Hill. The expansion is for five additional years.
NEW HAVEN, CT: The Consulado de Equador renewed its five-year option to remain at One Church Street, New Haven.
OLD SAYBROOK, CT: Cosmo Prof will open a 2,000 sf store at 907 Boston Post Road, Old Saybrook. The store is open only to licensed cosmetologists. They signed a five-year lease with a five-year option. The Proto Group represented the Tenant and the landlord was represented by Rob Goldfeder of Basser-Kaufman.
NEW HAVEN, CT: Austro Financial of New York extended its lease at 1 Church Street, New Haven for an additional five years to coincide with Consulado del Equador's renewal. The Proto Group represented the Landlord, One Church Street Associates, LP.
