WEST HAVEN, CT:  Manafort Brothers leased office space adjacent to the West Haven train station they are constructing.  The short-term lease will allow them to remove their existing construction trailers from the train station.

BETHANY, CT:  The Proto Group was the sole broker in the leasing of 3,064 sf of office space at 649 Amity Road in Bethany.  The tenant, Cooper New England Sales, is relocating its operation from Beacon Falls where their building is under contract to be sold before year's end.

EAST LYME, CT:  The Proto Group represented Fitzleva, LLC in its purchase of 1.64 acres of commercial land.  The seller, Flanders Road Properties, LLC, was represented by Connecticut Commercial Group.  The purchase price was $350,000.
