ORANGE, CT:  Natalie Wright of Wright Moves Zumba will relocate her studio to 109 Boston Post Road in Orange.  Fred Messore of Colonial Properties represented the Landlord, Simone Development of Orange LLC.  The tenant was represented by Ariana Ceneviva of Ceneviva Law Firm of Meriden and The Proto Group.

WALLINGFORD, CT:  Dan Wrenn purchased a commercial condominium at 65 North Plains Industrial Road, Wallingford to open a Connecticut location for Eagle Elevator Company, based out of Massachusetts.  The Proto Group represented the seller, Group Five Realty and Jordan Family Properties LLC.  The tenant was represented by Brooke Nihan of Giglio Commercial Real Estate.

NORWICH, CT:  The Connection Fund leased 6,533 sf on the third floor of 4 Broadway in downtown Norwich.  They will use the space as administrative offices and meeting space.  The Connection Fund’s philosophy is to create homes and facilities for its clients that are of a standard that they would expect for anyone in their families.  The Proto Group represented the Landlord, People’s United Bank.  The tenant was represented by Randall Realtors.

NEW HAVEN, CT:  West Haven Medical Group signed a 3-year lease for 2,800 sf of office space at 1453 Whalley Avenue, New Haven with a three year option.

MANSFIELD, CT:  The Proto Group represented 7-Eleven in its new location at the new Storrs Center at the UConn Campus.  The tenant has leased 2,177 sf.  Dan Zelson of Charter Realty represented the developer, Leyland Storrs LLC.  The base value was estimated to be $700,000.

DURHAM, CT:  A renewal lease for 841 sf at 141 Durham Road, Madison was signed by Dr. Alicia Guidone.  Liana Grabowski of Prudential CT Realty represented the Tenant.  The Landlord was represented by The Proto Group.

KILLINGLY, CT:  Sally Beauty Supply LLC, represented by The Proto Group, signed a five year lease for 1,376 sf in Killingly Plaza.  The landlord was represented by Charles Davis of Brixmore Property Group.
