WATERBURY, CT:  Brooklyn Baking Company has leased 3,412 sf at the Aldi/CVS anchored shopping center on Reidville Drive in Waterbury.  The bakery is the oldest operating bakery in Waterbury.  The tenant signed a 5-year lease with options.  The Proto Group was the sole broker in the transaction.

HAMDEN, CT:  Pain Relief Centers has leased 1,221 sf of prime retail space at the Tommy K's Plaza on Dixwell Avenue in Hamden.  The tenant signed a 3-year lease with options.  The Proto Group represented the landlord and Commercial Property Associates the tenant.
