NEW HAVEN:  Netz USA LLC has purchased 2 buildings in Westville, New Haven CT from the Ernest Caccavale Family Trust.  The purchase price was $385,000 and The Proto Group, LLC was the sole broker in the transaction.

NEW HAVEN:  Continuum of Care Inc. of New Haven just leased 1,600 sf of office space in the newly renovated Powerhouse Building on Grand Avenue in New Haven.  The five-year lease has a value in excess of $113,000.  The Proto Group represented the Landlord and Rich Coote of the Wm. Hotchkiss Agency represented the Tenant.

WATERBURY:  Sally Beauty Supply recently signed a seven-year lease for 1,430 sf at Waterbury Plaza on Chase Avenue, Waterbury.  Charles Davis of Brixmor negotiated on behalf o the Landlord.  Sally Beauty was represented by its exclusive broker, The Proto Group.
