HAMDEN, CT: Automotive 7 Corp of Yonkers, NY has leased 14,275 SF of space at 991 Dixwell Avenue in Hamden, CT in the former Maaco Auto Body Shop. The tenant signed a 10year lease with options and its value is in excess of $981,000. Automotive 7 was represented by Mary Buckly of Godwin Properties in Middlebury an the landlord 975 Dixwell Avenue was represented by The Proto Group LLC of North Haven, CT.
WATERFORD, CT: Dollar General Corp has leased 11,060SF of retail space at 75 Boston Post Road in Waterford, CT. The tenant signed a 10-year lease with options. The tenant was represented by Mike Alberico of Atlantic Retail Properties and the landlord 75 Boston Post Road Associates LLC of North Haven was represented by The Proto Group of North Haven. The long-term lease has a value in excess of $1,000,000.
NORTH HAVEN, CT: has purchased 2.4 acres of land at 700 Universal Drive North, the outparcel in front of Cinemark next to Chick-fil-A. The site will be a 105 room Hampton Inn and Suites. The purchase price was $1,800,000. Cinemark USA, Inc. was represented by Dan Zelson and Scott Edlitz of Charter Realty in Westport, CT and The Proto Group of North Haven, CT represented the buyer.
