CROMWELL, CT: 12DB properties has purchased 30 and 40 Commerce Drive, Cromwell from C&G Holdings II LLC and will build a new 12,960 square foot building for NIC Systems to relocate its business. Mark Duclos and Nick Pinto of Sentry Commercial represented the Seller. The Proto Group represented the buyer.

 

EAST HAVEN, CT: Gary Debriezi signed a three-year lease at 9-15 Foxon Boulevard, East Haven, for 1,900 SF to open National Jewelry and Pawn. This will be the second open location after closing its Orange store late last year. The landlord, FP Foxon LLC has signed two leases in the first quarter of 2019 driving the center to 84% occupied. The Proto Group was the sold broker involved in the lease.

NEW HAVEN, CT: Affinity Health and wellness Inc. has leased 3,547 SF of retail space at the Tommy K’s Plaza at 1351 Whalley Avenue in New Haven, CT. The five-year lease has a value in excess of $365,000. The Proto Group LLC of North Haven, CT was the sole broker in the transaction.

NORTH HAVEN, CT: Sun Belt Rentals Inc. from Fort Mill, South Carolina has leased 26,000 SF of commercial space on 3.8 acres of land at 250 Sackett Point Road in North Haven, CT. The seven-year lease has a value in excess of $1,728,000. The Proto Group of North Haven, CT was the sole broker in the transaction.

EAST LYME, CT: Costco Wholesale Corp has leased 14.7 acres of land at 284 Flanders Road in East Lyme, CT. Costco will construct 132,000 SF store with 680 car parking. The 20-year ground lease has a value of $6,000,000. Northwest Atlantic Partners, a national real estate consultant for Costco, The Proto Group LLC of North Haven and TRG Commercial of Albany, NY all worked on the project on behalf of Costco. KGI Properties of Rhode Island and The Simon Konover Company from West Hartford, CT are developing the property.
