BRANFORD, CT: Connecticut Skin Health, LLP of Norwalk has signed a long term lease for 3,300 SF of medical space at Stony Creek Medical Center on Business Park Drive in Branford. The lease was valued at $995,000 and The Proto Group LLC was the sole broker in the transaction.

 

WALLINGFORD, CT:  The former Old Dublin Bar/Restaurant has been lease to a new operator; the new bar will be named Tap + Wine and owned by former Eli's general manager Hector Samuel. The 5 year lease has a value of $120,000. The Proto Group represented the tenant and Paul Pender of Keller Williams in West Hartford represented the landlord.

 

MANCHESTER, CT: Beauty Systems Group LLC signed a ten year lease for 2,575 square feet at 1145 Tolland Turnpike, Manchester, CT in The Plaza at Burr Corners to operate its CosmoProf store. The landlord, The Plaza at Burr Corners LLC, was represented by Eric Litsky of Litsky Associates. The tenant was represented by The Proto Group. 

SUTTON, MA: Emanuel LLC signed a ten year lease for 1,200 sf at Pleasant Valley Crossing, 171 Worcester Providence Turnpike, Sutton, MA to open his first Great Clips salon. Pleasant Valley Commons is a market 32-anchored center which recently opened. Mike O'Brien, principal of the landlord Galaxy Sutton LLC negotiated the lease. The Proto Group represented the tenant as a Great Clips Exclusive Agent for the area.  

 

CHESHIRE, CT: Morning Investments, LLC signed a ten year lease for 1,500 sf at Everybody's Plaza, 1021 South Main Street, Cheshire, CT to open a Great Clips salon. Nick Daffin of Phillips Edison Co represented the landlord Cheshire Station LLC. The tenant was represented by its Exclusive Agent The Proto Group.
