NORWICH, CT: TKG Norwichtown Commons LLC has leased the former hair salon at Norwichtown Commons, 42 Town Street, Norwich to Great Hair LLC to open a 1,200 SF Great Clips. The lease is for five years with options to renew. The landlord was represented by Chris McMahon and Danny Schwartz of Summit Realty Partners. The tenant was represented by The Proto Group.


WEST HAVEN, CT: The former Chicks Drive-In on 183 Beach Street in West Haven, CT has been sold to the Amico Group LLC of North Haven, CT. The 6,700 SF former restaurant on 2.5 acres of land sold for $1,000,000. The seller was represented by Attorney Vincent Amendola Jr. and The Proto Group LLC of North Haven. The buyer was represented by Attorney Anthony Dicrosta and Wayne Hugendubel of Coldwell Banker in Orange, CT.


WALLINGFORD, CT: Roehm America, LLC, a German-based company with 3,500 employees on 4 continents is a manufacturer of plastics worldwide. The company has leased 15,000 SF of flex space at 101 North Plains Industrial Road in building 2, developed and owned by Verna Developers. Shawn McMahon of Jones Lang LaSalle Hartford Office represented the tenant and The Proto Group LLC in North Haven, CT represents Harvest Park Associates. The  term of the lease is for 10-years, 9-months.


CHESHIRE, CT: ProHealth Physicians of Cheshire has amended and extended its current lease for an additional 3.5 years. The 3,335 SF medical office is located at 335 Highland Avenue in Cheshire. The landlord,335 Highland Avenue Associates, LLC, was represented by The Proto Group of North Haven, CT and ProHealth was represented by LaSalle Amaricus Inc. The lease renewal value was in excess of $200,000.
