EAST HAVEN, CT: Lori Robert has leased 1,550 square feet at 9-15 Foxon Boulevard, East Haven for three years to open her dog grooming facility Pawsitively Perfect LLC. The Landlord is FP Foxon LLC. The Proto Group was the sole broker in the transaction.

 

NEW HAVEN, CT: Wheeler Clinic of Plainville, CT has leased an additional 802 SF of office space at the Powerhouse Building on Grand Avenue in new Haven. The 30-month lease has a value of $27,067.50 and The Proto Group LLC was the sole broker in the transaction.

NEW HAVEN, CT: Aerial Optic, LLC has leased 735 SF at Erector Square on Peck Street in new Haven. The 11.5 month lease has a value of $6,603 and The Proto Group was the sole broker in the transaction.

OXFORD, CT: Dominos Pizza leased 1,849 SF at Tommy K’s Plaza in Oxford, CT. The 5 year lease has a value of $111,942 and The Proto Group LLC of North Haven was the sole broker in the transaction.

EAST LYME, CT: Anh Duong has leased the former Five Guys restaurant at 295 Flanders Road in East Lyme. The 3,254 SF restaurant will be converted to a Vietnamese/Chinese food sit-down restaurant. The 8-plus year lease has a value of $743,000. Joe Harnan of KGI Properties from Providence, RI handled the negotiation for the ownership[ and The Proto Group LLC of North Haven CT was the sole broker in the transaction.

NEW HAVEN, CT: SGI-USSA has singed a five-year lease for parking for it’s Buddhist Center at 27 Church Street, New Haven, at the abutting property at One Church Street. The center is scheduled to open this winter. SGI-USA was represented by Ted Schaeffer of Press/Cuozzo. Church Street Property LLC was represented by The Proto Group.

NORTH HAVEN, CT: Very popular Adriana’s restaurant from Grand Avenue in New Haven has leased 4,200 SF of space at 344 Washington Avenue in North Haven, CT. The Landlord, 354 Washington Avenue LLC is a subsidiary of Vigliotti Construction of North Branford and tenant signed the 5-year lease in December 2018. Val Stakaj handled the negotiations for the restaurant and Angela Vigliotti Mazzarella for the landlord. The Proto Group LLC of North Haven was the sole broker in the deal.
