MIDDLETOWN, CT: Jersey Mikes has leased 1,431 SF of retail space at 808 Washington Avenue in Middletown, CT. The retail plaza developed by Abe Kaoud is anchored by O’Reilly Auto Parts, Chipotle, Great Clips and Firestone is under construction. The 10-year lease is valued at $405,000.  The Proto Group LLC of North Haven, CT represented the landlord and Dan Neaton of Saugatuck Commercial represented Jersey Mikes.

 

MIDDLETOWN, CT: Firestone has ground leased 9,800 SF of land at 800 – 808 Washington Street in Middletown, CT. They will join O’Reilly Auto Parts, Chipotle, Great Clips and Jersey Mikes Subs. Firestone is under construction to build a 6,000 SF building with shared parking. The 15-year ground lease is valued at $1,655,000. WEST HAVEN, CT: Berluti Associates has leased 10,700 square feet to Water Pollution Control Authority of West Haven at 236 Forest Road, West Haven. The lease is for two years. The Proto Group was the sole broker involved in the transaction.

 

EAST HAVENT, CT” Leslie Perez has signed a 3-year lease at 9-15 Foxon Boulevard, East Haven to open a nail salon. The space is 1,154 SF end cap previously occupied by AT&T. The landlord is FP Foxon LLC. The Proto Group was the sole broker in the transaction.

 

NORTH HAVEN, CT:  Connex Credit Union has purchased the former Fantasia Banquet Facility at 404 Washington Avenue in North Haven, CT. The former 15,400 SF facility sits on 4 acres of land directly opposite the main entrance of the Amazon Distribution Facility. Connex plans to construct a 3,000 SF state of the art bank branch and eventually sell off a previous approval that was granted by the town for 88 residential apartments on the rear portion of the property. The seller, 404 Associates, was represented by Stephen Press of Press Cuozo and The Proto Group of North Haven, CT represent Connex Credit Union in its purchase. The purchase price was $2,575,000.
